Company Overview
Family owned company based in Richmond, Texas. We have been in business since 2000. Our company hasd three distinct business lines. Production Home Building, Custom Home Building and Development. We are currently building production homes in 3 neighborhoods and looking to expand to 10 over the next 24 months. We build about 12 Build on Your Lot Homes a year and also build 2-3 Upscale Custom Homes on our own lots each year. Finally we have an acreage developement that needs to be marketed for both lot sales and custom builds.

Benefits
We pay regular bonuses based on individual merti/production. We had a small company health plan but didnt maintain participation levels. We support our employees to obtain individual market health insurance if not covered by a spouse.
