Opportunity
Atlantic Radiology Associates (ARA), a physician-owned private practice based in Savannah, GA, is seeking Diagnostic Radiologists to join our growing team. With long-standing hospital partnerships, outpatient centers, and a teaching affiliation with Memorial University Medical Center’s 16-resident program, ARA offers a stable, collegial, and non-corporate environment.
This is a unique opportunity to practice general radiology with high earning potential, shareholder status with annual bonus potential, and flexible block scheduling.
Compensation Highlights
- Day Shift (8a–5p, Monday–Friday)
- $35 per wRVU
- Expected productivity: ~60 wRVUs per 9-hour shift
- Bonus: All RVUs above 60/shift paid at $35/wRVU
- Includes 12 weeks of vacation annually
- Weekend coverage required on select weekends (not every week worked)
- Evening Shifts (4p–12a or 3p–11p)
- $40 per wRVU
- Expected productivity: ~80 wRVUs per 8-hour shift
- Bonus: All RVUs above 80/shift paid at $40/wRVU
- Typical schedule: 7 on / 14 off or 7 on / 21 off (built-in vacation time)
- Overnight Shift (10p–6a)
- $45 per wRVU
- Expected productivity: ~80 wRVUs per 8-hour shift
- Bonus: All RVUs above 80/shift paid at $45/wRVU
- Flexible 7 on / 14 off or 7 on / 21 off schedules available
- Annual Income Potential:
- Daytime: ~$500k–$750k+
- Evenings/Nights: ~$700k–$1M+ depending on schedule and productivity
- $20,000 Sign-On Bonus: Available for candidates committing to a schedule equivalent to 7 days on / 14 days off
- Shareholder Status with Bonus Potential: Eligible physicians have the opportunity for ownership and participation in shareholder distributions tied to group profitability and performance

Position Details
- Subspecialty training preferred but not required — strong general radiology skills essential
- Broad diagnostic mix: CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and X-ray
- Remote work available (work from anywhere with provided workstation)
- Mix of hospital and outpatient imaging; ARA covers 8 hospitals plus multiple outpatient centers across GA & SC

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. in Diagnostic Radiology
- Board Certified or Eligible (ABR / AOBR)
- Georgia license
- South Carolina license
