Join our growing team at Behavioral Innovations and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We're seeking both entry-level and experienced BCBAs. For more than 20 years we've been providing center-based, evidence-based ABA Therapy across TX, OK, and CO.
Qualifications:

- Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
- Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable)
- Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
- Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player

- Base Compensation: $74,000 - $85,000 based on experience
- Between $6K - $18K annually for bonuses, paid quarterly

Requirements
Position Summary:
To provide training, treatment recommendations, and consultation. This position is responsible for managing their respective contracts and billable hours. The BCBA will be responsible for submitting information for administrative components such as billing reports, clinical reports, etc.
